It's Almost Halloween

Yes, it is almost halloween and I still do not have the children's costumes done. I have been very busy lately, getting the house ready to put on the market. I bought the fabric for their costumes and have even started on Megan's, but it is not even finished yet and I only have two more days until they wear them to school for the Halloween parade. Two more days of staying up till 2 in the morning sewing seams, ripping out mistakes and generally fretting over a small costume that will only be worn for one time and put into the dress up basket, maybe to never see the light of day again. Why do I do it? To see those two little faces light up when they put it on and believe that they are Princess Belle and Fix-it Duck.
