Sally's Wedding
In the middle of last December we went to Mississippi State to attend cousin Sally's wedding. While there we met up with a lot of David's family. Megan and Will's favorite Aunt Stephanie was there. They were so excited to see her! We just had to get pictures together. Plus we had to have something to do while all of the pictures were being made. David and Gigi made all of Sally's wedding pictures. I think they turned out beautifully, but I am a bit prejudiced.

On our trip around campus, I showed them my old Post Office box. Yes, I still remember the number! They thought that it was pretty neat. Megan even noticed that the boxes looked like the ones we have at our post office at home.
Here is a picture of almost all of the family that attended Sally's wedding. I think we missed a few that arrived after the pictures were taken. Don't we clean up well!
During the entire wedding, Will kept asking when he could get cake. So at the reception he got a piece of chocolate cake, his favorite. He really enjoyed eating it, as you can see.
When it was time for the garter to be thrown, Cousin Tom helped Will out. Tom held Will up in the air to catch the garter. Will caught the garter and got to take a picture with the maid of honor, who caught the bridal bouquet. He is such a charmer. He was chatting her up later, asking her about her favorite movie. His is still Disney Cars. She asked him if they could watch it on their honeymoon together. He said, "Sure!"
Before leaving Mississippi State, we had to look at the new Chemical Engineering building. David left the year it was being constructed and we had not had a chance to see it. Maybe Megan will be a Chemical Engineer at Mississippi State.
Megan, Will and I really enjoyed the trip to Starkville. We like seeing and visiting with our families. David did not have a really good time though. He was sick. He picked up some virus just made him miserable. Uncle Ted was able to find something that helped him with his cough and sinuses, but he still was not better for another five days after we got home. After the wedding, we left David at the hotel and I took Megan and Will to see Yogi Bear then we had dinner at Oby's, one of my favorite places to eat! The movie was really cute. They enjoyed all of the bear antics. The next day we packed up and left to go home to Orangeburg. It was a really short trip, but a lot of fun!
